The holidays are always stressful - there really isn't anyway around it. Christmas is also one of my favorite times of year. But with all the hustle and bustle it can be hard for me to enjoy it.
Several years ago, I decided I wasn't going to let the holidays get the best of me. I was determined to figure out a few ways to combat the stress enough to find the joy. I got intentional and I made a plan and this is what came out of that goal... and guess what, it worked!
I'm not promising a stress free holiday, but I am offering you a few tips to help make things a little less stressful so that you can enjoy the magic of the season.
