There is something pretty special about a watercolor of your home - whether its a place where you have lived or a place you reside today. Paintings will be done as an 9x12 on heavy watercolor paper.
 
This listing includes a custom watercolor of the front elevation of your home. And covers the standard deposit to start the work. Please see specifics below:

This listing covers the deposit needed to start your project. The deposit is not refundable. I will do my absolute best to make you happy with the result. The rest of the total will be due prior to shipping/pick-up.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on these projects.

This listing includes a digital scan of your commission that I hold for a year. This enables you to purchase additional prints and/or notecards for you to purchase at a later date if you desire.
I only take a certain number of these projects a month - so if you are needing something by a specific deadline please message me for timeline for completion.
